I relocated to Calgary, Alberta in 2012 after retiring from 15 years service with the Royal Air Force. An Aircraft Mechanical Technician by trade; I spent the last few years of my service in Recruitment, Selection and Training working in secondary and post secondary schools all over the south west of England. It was this experience which inspired me to pursue a career in education. After two years away from teaching I am now neck deep in developing, delivering and trying to evaluate an apprenticeship program for a Gas Turbine overhaul facility in Calgary. Ridiculously busy but really great fun.
Me……married to Michelle and we have a one year old son named Jack. I have an excessive addiction to Triathlon, a love of Hockey (of course), music and the mountains.
